Bulk Hair is an untied Hair. It’s just a previous stage of Hair Extensions (Hair Wefts). When the Raw Hair is donated by the donor it is collected by the temple authorities and their is a fixed pattern of collecting the Hair. They don’t allow to fall the donated Hair on the floor otherwise the Hair strands get mixed (roots side & tip side) and quality of the Hair will get compromised.
If we talk about Bulk Hair in Remy Hair Quality. When a Hair donor allows the person to cut the pony tail then it is called Bulk Hair. In this case the collector won’t allow to fall the Hair strands on the floor which effects the quality so they tie the Hair first and then cut it just from an inch above.
